Goldie is a treasure!
True to her sunny name, Goldie shines wherever she goes. Golden sunshine, warmth and sparkle are perfectly reflected in her kind nature and her gorgeous coat. Goldie truly lives up to her name, bringing a touch of golden elegance to every space she enters, whether that's in the show ring or the living room.
Goldie boasts an impressive resume and has won all of our hearts. Not only has she received her Championship in the UKC conformation ring, she's also a multi-purpose, medical alert dog.
Her stunning, and correct structure, is elegant and feminine, truly everything I love about Poodles. She is intelligent, cuddly and kind. She is driven enough to be a fun, intelligent companion, but modest enough to have an easy going demeanor that is perfect for our family with children, who she absolutely adores. If someone isn't asking her to play, you can find her sleeping on the couch.
Goldie is dual-registered with both UKC and AKC. We are thrilled we will get to see her babies in Spring 2026!

*DM- carrier of 1 copy
Goldie is a healthy, well-balanced girl whose genetic results do not affect her own health or the health of her puppies when she is thoughtfully matched with the right sire.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM):
She is a healthy carrier of one copy of the DM gene, which does not affect her in any way. Because DM requires two copies to cause illness and she is always paired with a DM-clear male, her puppies are not at risk of developing this condition. At most, a puppy may inherit a single copy like their mom, which has no impact on health or quality of life.
Copper Toxicosis (Copper Storage Genes):
Embark tests for copper-related genes that are linked to copper storage disease in some breeds, like Labradors and Dobermans. In Poodles, these genes are not known to cause any health problems, and having one copy does not affect her health or her puppies' health. This means she is completely healthy, and there’s no concern about copper-related disease in her or her future puppies.
What does “carrier” mean?
A carrier simply means a dog carries one copy of a recessive gene but is completely healthy and unaffected. With careful pairing to a clear male (which we always do), this does not pose a risk to puppies.
Our approach:
We believe in transparency, responsible pairings, and breeding for long-term health, temperament, and soundness. Every match is chosen thoughtfully, with the goal of raising happy, healthy puppies who thrive as beloved family companions.
